This policy covers this website. Customer data inside the Fairne application is handled under each customer's agreement with us.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, optional phone number and message, so we can reply. Messages are stored securely and sent to our sales inbox.
- Visitor analytics. We use Apollo.io to understand which companies visit the site and which pages they read. Apollo identifies the company behind a visit mainly from its IP address and may set cookies in your browser. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland this only runs if you click Accept.
- Site settings. Your light or dark theme and your cookie choice are saved in your own browser. They aren't sent to us.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting providers keep standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use it
To answer your questions, follow up with businesses that show interest in Fairne, and keep the site running and secure. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site for us: Apollo.io (visitor analytics), Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (form storage) and Google Workspace (email). Each handles the data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Use Cookie choices at the bottom of any page to accept or reject visitor analytics. Rejecting stops Apollo from loading in this browser.
- We honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, visitor analytics never load.
- To see, correct or delete information you've sent us, or to opt out of sales follow-up, email hello@fairnelabor.com.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept while we're in touch and for up to two years after. Analytics data is kept by Apollo under its own retention terms. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser for 12 months.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
